Fulfillment and Shipping policy

·       All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

·       You will receive another email notification with tracking when your order has shipped

·       If you need any assistance with your order, please contact us immediately at getgearedup@yahoo.com. We will not be able to make changes to your order after it has shipped.

·       Please review and ensure that you have entered the correct address. We are not responsible for non-delivery due to errors in the address you provide. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, we will refund the original order (excluding the shipping fee) and ask that you resubmit your order.

 

NOTE: We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays.

 

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

·       We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

·       In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at getgearedup@yahoo.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
